We are a small company specializing in custom made joinery including fitted cupboards, wardrobes, kitchens and shelving systems.

We offer a  made to measure service incorporating design, making and fitting.

We work to any style fulfilling all your bespoke needs.

We work in most timber products and offer a variety of finishes, both hand finishing and spray finishing.

History

The company was originally founded in 1994 under the name of Duckworth and Shackleford Carpentry Service. 

The company changed name in 2003 and  better reflects the type of service and product we offer. 

Our unique selling point is the fact that we have predominantly a female workforce.

We have had three listings in "Time Out's" recommended tradespeople list ( 2002 , 2003 and 2005).
 

How we Work

We offer a free estimate service to people within a 15 mile radius of the company premises. 
A small charge is made for visits outside this radius... £20.00 + vat.
We work mainly in the London area but are willing to consider work within easy reach of London.

During the estimate we will discuss your requirements fully and will give you a written costing based on these discussions. If you decide to proceed we can then provide you with details sketches/ scaled drawings if necessary.
Please note on larger jobs scaled drawings are always provided for your satisfaction and agreement.
Once an order has been placed we will take a deposit and will aim to fulfill the order in 6 to 8 weeks.
 

Customer service

We like to treat your home with respect and try to cause the minimum amount of disruption possible.
We have a long list of satisfied customers and we are very happy to provide details of referees if required.
